ARRA Information Required to be Reported on a Monthly Basis

State agencies and institutions of higher education
The Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, in conjunction with the Governor’s Office and Legislative Budget Board, is requiring a report of all American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) funds allocated or requested by Texas state agencies and institutions of higher education. The reporting includes activity occurring in fiscal 2009 and anticipated ARRA activity in future fiscal years. The reporting includes ARRA funds received or requested from the federal government, as pass-throughs from other state agencies or as pass-throughs from non-state entities. The required monthly activity reporting includes cumulative amounts for program-to-date reporting.
Note: “Agency” includes institutions of higher education.
Agencies that do not expect to receive or have not requested ARRA funds from a federal agency or as a pass-through from another state agency or non-state entity must notify the Comptroller's office. If you have not already done so, send an email to email@example.com indicating no ARRA funds are expected. In the email subject line, enter your agency and “No ARRA Funds Requested.” Include your contact information. This is a one-time notification if no ARRA funds are expected. If this status changes in the future, submit the ARRA activity information as follows.
