Annual Financial Report (AFR) Work Sessions

Financial reporting analysts can help an agency reconcile its current year AFR to USAS either over the phone or during scheduled work sessions. Prior to scheduling a work session or making travel arrangements for a work session, the agency must attempt to complete the fiscal year-end USAS entries.

If an agency encounters problems while attempting to enter USAS entries, the agency may contact its financial reporting analyst, who may request copies of the USAS entries. If the issue cannot be resolved through email correspondence or by phone, the agency may then schedule a work session with its financial reporting analyst.

Work Sessions

Work sessions are designed for agency personnel who prepare the AFR and who enter AFR data into USAS. Attendees must have appropriate USAS security before attending a work session, and each agency must send all of its attendees to the same work session.

All work sessions are held at the Southcliff Building PDF at 2015 South IH 35 in Austin. Free parking is available.
